  • We accept returns for packs purchased from Spens Pokestop only if they have not been opened live and are returned before dispatch.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Return Process:

  • If you wish to return a pack, please contact our Customer Support team at thetopgs0@gmail.com before the order has been opened live and/or before it has been dispatched.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened packs, packs that have been opened live, and items that are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
  • Any item not in its original packaging, damaged, or showing signs of use will not be accepted for return.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
